The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On State Regulation of the Securities Market in Ukraine" (re Order of Issue of Duplicates and Copies of Licenses)

The Law enhances the system of licensing and certification in the securities market.

The Law establishes a fee for the issue of duplicates and copies of licenses for specific types of activity in the securities market, their re-registration, and issue of certificates (duplicates) for securities trading in Ukraine.

The draft is registered under Reg. No. 6551.
